SIGamp.com will give users the ability to store images that shall be
accessible via the internet. These images will be used to display what the user
is currently listening to on their computer. While SIGamp.com shall make every reasonable effort
to protect user's images stored using this service, SIGamp.com is not
responsible for theft, loss of, or damage of them. Users are responsible for
maintaining backups of their own images, and should immediately notify
SIGamp.com of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of
security known or suspected by users.
SIGamp.com makes no guarantees for uptime and service availability, yet
SIGamp.com will do all within its power to have the users images available at
all times.
Users understands and agrees that any images downloaded or uploaded for storage
through the use of the service is done at the users own discretion and risk, and
that users will not hold SIGamp.com liable for any loss or damages that may
occur for using any service we provide. Users also agree that the service is not
to be used for unauthorized use, illegal, unethical, or immoral use, and that
they will adhere to copy write laws and policies when using our services. This
includes, but is not limited to:
- Using known copywrited or protected material, including images that are
the intellectual property of another party
- Anything that contains or is used in the promotion of SPAM
Users agrees to defend, indemnify, save and hold SIGamp.com harmless from any
and all claims, actions, demands, including reasonable attorneys fees,
liabilities, judgments, damages, settlements, losses and costs, made by any
third party due to or arising out of use of the Service, violation of this Terms
Of service, any copyright, trademark, trade dress, service mark, or other
intellectual property rights of any person or entity. User also agrees to extend
this indemnification to all owners, employees, and all parties of SIGamp.com.
Users of the SIGamp "free" package agree not to attempt to gain access to
SIGamp pro features. Free users also agree not to modify or change their SIGamp
image in attempt to remove copyright, or emulate SIGamp pro users. This includes
adding code to their own page that will "crop" or cover up any part of any
image hosted on SIGamp.com servers. Any user found doing so will have their account delted,
and may be banned from the SIGamp.com website and service.
SIGamp Pro cancellations will be effective immediately after canceling. There are no refunds for
partial months. You can sign up for SIGamp Pro service again at any time; however, you will not be
eligible for another free SIGamp Pro service offer.
SIGamp.com can at anytime refuse service to anyone, and cancel a users
account, for reasons solely based on SIGamp.com's discretion. Users cannot hold
SIGamp.com liable for such actions.
SIGamp.com may send out newsletters or emails regarding our services or of
notices to customers regarding service. Yet SIGamp.com will not release users
information to anyone outside of SIGamp. We will honor users privacy and not
sell, release, or offer users info, including email addresses to anyone outside
of SIGamp. We will not send out SPAM or unauthorized email to our users. If at
any time you do not wish to be included in such mailings, it is up to the user
to notify SIGamp.com to be removed of such notices.
By registering with SIGamp.com you are agreeing to the above Terms of Service
and hereby acknowledge the rules and obligations which it contains. |
